The closing event of the festival where final results are announced and awards are presented. A red-carpet event held at a dedicated theater venue.

Tickets & Box Office
Ticketing is handled entirely by the Gillioz — SATO48 does not manage its own box office for this event.
How it works:
- The Gillioz uses etix as their ticketing platform
- SATO48 posts an event on the SATO48 Box Office (portal.sato48.com) that serves purely as a redirect, directing attendees to the Gillioz’s event page to complete their purchase
- All transactions, capacity management, and will-call are handled by the Gillioz box office

AV & Projection
Similar to the Kickoff, the ceremony features a single projection that is simultaneously broadcast via live stream. There are no live cameras feeding into the projection — all visual output is driven by MimoLive.
effect-awards
The ceremony is orchestrated by a custom TypeScript application called effect-awards, which coordinates three systems in sequence to produce the show:
- MimoLive — layers, assets, and configuration (what’s on screen)
- Stagetimer.io — timers displayed on stage for presenters
- Bitfocus Companion — StreamDeck button pages, one per award/prize category
The app runs through each award/prize category sequentially, configuring MimoLive and Stagetimer as needed and producing a dedicated page of StreamDeck buttons for each segment of the show.
