The Kickoff is the official start of the 48-hour filmmaking window. Teams gather to receive the Inspiration Package and the turn-in deadline is announced.

Filmmaker Check-In
Filmmakers call 417-698-SATO to check in at Kickoff (or online). Only one member per team needs to do this. They are matched by their Primary Phone Number; if not found, they’re prompted to enter their Team Number.
Check-in progress is visible on the Quorum Dashboard.
Slack notifications for each check-in are sent to #fm-not.

Bitfocus Companion
